These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and em7777 ("em7777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at em7777.best and all associated sub-domains.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

em7777 accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP) through the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

All deposit methods are subject to the following conditions:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet reference number and the bet appears in your bet history. In the event of a system error at acceptance, em7777 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Odds at time of placement: Your bet is settled at the odds displayed and accepted at the time you placed it. Subsequent odds changes do not affect accepted bets.
• Event postponement: If an event is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled kick-off/tip-off time, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned.
• Abandoned events: If an event is abandoned before the result can be determined, bets are voided unless specific rules for that sport state otherwise (e.g., cricket rain rules).
• Live/In-Play betting: In-play bets are accepted and settled based on the official event result. em7777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• PBA and UAAP rules: Basketball bets are settled on the final official result including overtime. Quarter and half bets are settled on the official score for the relevant period.
• Maximum winnings: Single-event maximum payout is ₱500,000. Accumulator maximum payout is ₱1,000,000. Bets placed that would result in winnings above these limits will be accepted but paid out only up to the applicable maximum.

em7777 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors. An obvious error is defined as odds significantly below or above the fair market price due to a technical or human error, rather than genuine market movement.

All casino games, poker tables, and fishing games available on em7777 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physically dealt cards and physically spun wheels. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run return percentages, not a guarantee of return in any individual session.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after any applicable pending wagering requirements have been resolved.

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

• Interruptions to the platform for maintenance, technical issues, or events outside em7777's reasonable control (force majeure).

Gambling involves financial risk. em7777 does not guarantee winnings. Past results — whether of individual bets or statistical records — do not predict future outcomes. Players accept these risks by using the platform.

em7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on em7777, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the em7777 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a complaint to em7777 customer support and allow em7777 a reasonable period (up to 30 days) to resolve the matter internally. em7777 aims to resolve all complaints fairly and in good faith.

If em7777 and the player are unable to resolve a dispute through internal channels, either party may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority as applicable under em7777's operating licence.
